The Team

La Table du Square is a convivial place with much to say as it represents the shared values of its local terroir, and the people, both creators and customers, who make it truly unique. In the hands of Romain Escoffier, this location was once a « Bistro du Coin », a local wine-bar institution which became the HQ of epicureans in Beaune. On the terrace in the shade of the plane trees, around the bar or with elbows on a table, one often encounters the winemakers themselves, the first regular loyal customers of the place, as well as curious tourists, foodies, local Beaunois having a tête à tête, and generous large groups – everybody creates the cheer and joy of this experience together.
